Quick and Easy : Roasted Salmon

This simple salmon recipe is so delicious, and  incredibly easy .

Salmon  provides omega3 fatty acids in the form of EPA and DHA. A 3-ounce serving of fresh or frozen salmon provides 1.1 to 1.9 g total omega3.


1 bif fillet  of fresh salmon

8 sprigs fresh Tyme

extra virgin olive oil

3 garlics


Mustard seeds

Pepper and salt

small potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/gas 6. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in a large clean roasting tray . Lay the Tyme on top, the garlic, the mustard seeds ,  salt and pepper, lemon  and drizzle with olive oil. Add the potatoes and Bake for 20 minutes or until just cooked.
